Well, a vegan diet would certainly be a great dietary choice for a lot of people, and would probably do a great job at healing and curing most peop2el17;s ailments that are caused by poor dietary choices. Hell, most people in the UK don’t even get THREE servings of our suggested 5 a day, but countries like Japan actually aim for NINE servings everyday. People simply don’t eat enough of the good stuff most of the time, so, with a vegan diet being made up of entirely plant foods, I’d say that it’s great for people.
